About the Job Opportunity:

• You will lead a team of 3-4 accountants and bookkeepers delivering monthly accounting and financial reporting for 20-25 clients in a remote Cloud Accounting model.
• You will remain very hands-on. You’ll personally design policies and SOPs, onboard new clients, deliver high-level accounting, and lead budgeting and forecasting while also delegating and supervising the work of your team members.
• You will work directly with business owners. Clients will look to you as the expert on their accounting. Some will come to view you as their CFO.
